🚨 We’re Hiring: Safety Officer – Transmission Line O&M (400 KV) ⚡
We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer to join our team for 400 KV Transmission Line Operation & Maintenance projects.
🔹 Experience Required: 5–8 Years
🔹 Location: Ashta, Bhopal
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of HSE practices in transmission line O&M activities
- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification
- Prepare JSA, Risk Assessment, and Method Statements
- Enforce Permit to Work (PTW) system and PPE compliance
- Supervise critical activities like tower climbing, shutdown, and line maintenance
- Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety trainings
- Plan & conduct mock drills (tower rescue, fire, electrical emergencies)
- Prepare training and mock drill reports with observations and corrective actions
- Investigate incidents/near misses and implement preventive measures
- Maintain all HSE documentation and reports
- Knowledge of IMS Audits
🎯 Requirements:
Experience in 132/220/400 KV Transmission Line O&M
Strong knowledge of Work at Height, Electrical Safety, PTW, and LOTO systems
Good communication and reporting skills
Qualification: Diploma/Degree + Safety Certification (ADIS/NEBOSH/IOSH preferred)
