About the Role
We are looking for a HSE professional to support the implementation, training, and documentation of SafeLog, our digital HSE management platform.
This role is ideal for someone who has basic safety knowledge and strong communication skills and is interested in working with digital HSE solutions.
The role will involve training users, preparing learning materials, creating documentation, and supporting the successful adoption of the SafeLog platform across client organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Training & User Enablement
• Conduct product training sessions for client users and internal teams.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to help organizations scale adoption of the platform.
• Maintain training attendance records, feedback forms, and training documentation.
Documentation & Learning Content
• Prepare user manuals, user guides, and product documentation.
• Develop training presentations (PPTs) and instructional materials.
• Create training videos and walkthroughs using tools such as iSpring, Tella, or similar video/content creation tools.
• Assist in preparing knowledge base articles and training resources.
Product Implementation Support
• Support SafeLog implementation and onboarding activities.
• Assist in domain testing and documentation of test scenarios.
• Track and document system issues, feedback, and product improvement suggestions.
• Support data validation and configuration verification during implementation.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong documentation and content creation ability
• Good conceptualization and visualization skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to explain technical systems in simple terms to users
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Preferred Skills
• Experience creating training presentations, documentation, or learning materials
• Exposure to video creation or training tools such as iSpring, Tella, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with ERP systems or enterprise software applications is added advantage
• Interest in working with digital HSE platforms or safety management systems
Domain Knowledge
Basic understanding of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices such as:
• Incident reporting
• Safety observations
• Safety inspections
• HIRAC/HAZOP
• PTW
Educational Qualification
Diploma / Degree
Mandatory Certifications: One of the below
• NEBOSH IGC
• SBTET (State Board Technical Education Training)
• Or equivalent safety certification
Experience
4+ years of relevant experience
Additional Expectations
