Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time HSE Deputy Manager to oversee and ensure the health, safety, and environmental practices at our Gurgaon site. This on-site role involves managing effective health and safety policies, conducting audits, investigating accidents, and implementing preventive measures. The HSE Deputy Manager will also lead training programs to promote safety, compliance, and awareness among employees and stakeholders while maintaining up-to-date knowledge on environmental regulations and occupational health standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards
- Knowledge of Occupational Health policies and practices
- Experience in Accident Investigation and implementing prevention measures
- Effective skills in conducting and delivering Training programs on EHS topics
- Strong understanding of compliance with regulatory and industry safety standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Certification in occupational safety, health, or environmental management is an advantage
- Degree in Environmental Sciences, Safety Management, or related field is preferred
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certified
- BSC, DFSEM,ADIS From MSBTE(Parching)
