Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health, Safety, and Compliance (HSC) Officer based in Prayagraj. The responsibilities of the role include conducting safety audits, identifying workplace hazards, ensuring compliance with industrial safety regulations, and delivering employee training programs. The HSC Officer will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of safety and compliance within the organization while mitigating risks and promoting a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting and preparing Audit Reports, with a focus on IT Audit
- Understanding of financial aspects related to compliance within safety and operational contexts
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in auditing to identify and address risks effectively
- Knowledge of hazard identification and industrial safety practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver impactful training and collaborate across teams
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications in safety and compliance (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are a plus
- Experience in industrial safety or compliance roles is highly desirable
