About the role

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will help design, build and maintain best-in-class DevSecOps toolchains and processes to support the delivery of secure, high-quality software at speed. You will work closely with our agile engineering teams, site reliability engineers, and security specialists to ensure that security is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities: • Contribute to the design and implementation of robust, scalable and secure DevSecOps toolchains and pipelines • Automate security testing and compliance checks throughout the development lifecycle • Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices, tools and mindset across the organization • Collaborate with security, infrastructure and engineering teams to continuously improve our security posture • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers • Stay up-to-date with the latest DevSecOps trends and technologies Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in a DevSecOps or DevOps engineering role • Proficient with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation) • Strong understanding of application security principles and best practices • Experience with deploying and operating containerized applications (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and IaC (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Passion for improving software delivery through automation and security-by-design
