Senior Data Scientist - [ML/AI]

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team and help us drive innovation through the application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data science solutions to address complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the business requirements, design and build predictive models, and deploy them into production environments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems - Leverage big data technologies and tools to collect, process, and analyze large datasets - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions - Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI and apply them to your work - Mentor and guide junior data science team members Requirements: - Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline - 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and/or artificial intelligence - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) - Strong background in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience in deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production environments - Knowledge of financial services or banking industry is a plus
