Premier Banking Relationship Manager

As a Premier Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of HSBC Premier customers. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their goals. Responsibilities: - Proactively manage a portfolio of Premier customers, providing high-quality service and financial advice - Regularly meet with customers to understand their financial needs and goals, and recommend suitable products and services - Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell a range of HSBC products and services - Maintain accurate customer records and comply with all relevant policies and regulations - Participate in training and development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer-facing financial services role, preferably in a retail banking or wealth management environment - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide tailored financial solutions - Knowledge of a wide range of banking and investment products and services - Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and meeting individual and team targets - Relevant professional qualifications, such as a degree in finance or economics, or an industry-recognized certification, would be an advantage
