Intern, Retail Banking, HSBC India As an intern in the Retail Banking team, you will get exposure to various aspects of retail banking operations and get an opportunity to work on exciting projects. You will get to work with a diverse team and leverage your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to contribute to the team's initiatives. Responsibilities: - Assist the team in analyzing retail banking operational data and identifying opportunities for process improvement - Participate in the implementation of new initiatives or process enhancements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of retail banking initiatives - Gain insights into the retail banking industry and HSBC's Retail Banking strategy - Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the team Requirements: - Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel - Keen interest in the banking and finance industry
