IAM Access Management Officer

This role is responsible for managing user identity and access management including but not limited to creation, modification, deletion of user accounts, management of user access rights, security management and provisioning of required access and privileges to users. The role involves working with various stakeholders across the organization to understand their requirements and accordingly provide access management solutions. The role also involves implementation and continuous improvement of access management policies, procedures and tools. The key responsibilities include: - Managing user access rights and entitlements across different applications and systems - Provisioning, modifying and deprovisioning user accounts as per the requests - Implementing and maintaining access management policies, procedures and tools - Monitoring and auditing user access activities - Providing support and training to users on access management related topics - Collaborating with IT security and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate access controls are in place - Continuously improving access management processes and solutions to enhance security and operational efficiency
