About the role
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Relationship Managers and Associate Relationship Managers.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain SME/Commercial customers.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
- Ensure that the team delivers superior customer service and achieves business targets.
- Mentor and coach the team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to drive the business agenda.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the banking/financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a team of Relationship Managers.
- Excellent customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound understanding of SME/Commercial banking products and services.
