About the role
The Communication Manager - Digital will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies and digital content for HSBC India's external channels, driving engagement and building brand visibility. Key responsibilities include:- Planning and executing social media campaigns and content calendars across channels like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc- Developing and publishing high-quality digital content like blog posts, videos, infographics, etc- Tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics and providing insights- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify communication needs and create relevant content- Managing external creative agencies and content partners- Staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices and incorporating them into work- Promoting HSBC India's employer brand through digital channels- Handling social media crisis communications and response management
