Graduate Trainee - Emerging Technology & Innovations

As part of the Graduate Trainee programme, you'll develop the skills and experience to drive innovation and transform the future of banking. Over 18 months, you'll get exposure to different areas of the bank, rotating through a variety of projects and placements. This could include working on emerging technologies, innovation initiatives, digital transformation or strategic change. You'll gain an understanding of how the bank operates, learn how to identify opportunities, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the organisation. By the end of the programme, you'll have developed the leadership, technical and commercial skills to make a real impact on our business and our customers.
