Graduate Analyst - Transformation Delivery Transformation Delivery is a strategic function within the Transformation Office that partners with the business and technology teams to deliver large-scale transformation programmes. As a Graduate Analyst, you will work on projects that are critical to the bank's future success. You will gain exposure to and develop expertise across a range of disciplines including project management, business analysis, change management and business transformation. Responsibilities: - Supporting the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes and projects - Engaging with business and technology teams to understand requirements and design solutions - Analysing data and information to identify opportunities for improvement - Implementing change management activities to drive user adoption - Providing project management support to track progress and report on milestones - Contributing to a range of cross-functional initiatives Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Interest in digital transformation and financial services - Fluency in English
