Global Markets Graduate Programme

HSBC's Global Markets Graduate Programme provides you with the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of functions and specialisations within our Global Markets business. Over the course of the 2-year programme, you will have the chance to rotate through different teams, building a diverse skill set and gaining a broad understanding of the Global Markets business. You will receive formal training, on-the-job coaching and support to help you develop both technical and professional skills. Upon successful completion of the programme, you may have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role within our Global Markets business.
