About the role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of an exciting initiative within HSBC, delivering an exceptional customer experience through our innovative mobile banking solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalised and efficient support to our customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries and requests related to our mobile banking app and services - Troubleshooting and resolving any technical or service-related issues faced by customers - Providing guidance and education to customers on the features and functionalities of our mobile banking solutions - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the customer experience - Adhering to HSBC's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
