Business Analyst - Testing and Quality Assurance

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst - Testing and Quality Assurance Principal responsibilities Elicit, Challenge and Document Requirements: Gather and document detailed business requirements for projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and new initiatives. Conduct thorough needs assessments, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis. Create and maintain clear and concise documentation, such as business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams. Challenge requirements as a key part of the intake process Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within a Quality Assurance function. Proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
