Location: Olympus, Mumbai / Think Campus, Bangalore

Job Summary
We are hiring professionals for US Onboarding Operations to manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for international hires. These roles ensure a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating pre-hire activities, compliance checks, documentation, and Day-1 readiness while collaborating with Talent Acquisition, HR, and client stakeholders.
The Onboarding Specialist focuses on pre-hire coordination and onboarding execution, while the Delivery Manager leads the onboarding function, managing teams, stakeholders, compliance, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Operations
Manage end-to-end onboarding process from offer acceptance to Day-1 readiness.
Coordinate pre-boarding activities, documentation, and orientation scheduling.
Act as the primary contact for candidates during the pre-hire stage.
Send Day-1 communication and reporting instructions to candidates and hiring managers.
Compliance & Documentation
Manage background verification and drug test coordination based on job code and location.
Review and validate background check results and onboarding documentation.
Ensure compliance with US onboarding regulations such as I-9 verification, E-Verify, and background checks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (HR / Business Administration preferred).
Experience in HR operations, onboarding, HRO, or RPO environments.
Knowledge of international onboarding processes (US onboarding preferred).
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or BambooHR.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and dashboards.
