Role Description
The HRMS Product Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibility of the role involves engaging clients to understand their HRMS requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and driving sales conversions for HRMS products. Other tasks include identifying potential leads, conducting product demonstrations, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and negotiating sales proposals, and staying updated on industry trends and product developments.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, particularly B2B sales and business development.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and ability to understand client needs.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Knowledge of HRMS software, HR processes, and corporate operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
