We are looking for an experienced HRMS Implementation Consultant to support the onboarding of one of our clients onto our HRMS platform. The role involves setting up the system from scratch and ensuring the client’s HR processes are properly configured within the platform.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have previously implemented HRMS solutions and understand how to translate real HR operations into system configurations. The goal is to ensure a smooth transition for the client, from system setup to go-live.
What You Will Do:
• Configure HR systems based on the client’s organizational requirements
• Setup payroll structures including salary components and policies
• Define attendance rules and shift policies
• Implement leave policies and approval workflows
• Map company hierarchy such as branches, departments, and roles
• Handle employee data migration into the HRMS system
• Train HR teams on how to use the platform effectively
• Support final testing and go-live deployment
Experience With Platforms Like:
• GreytHR
• Darwinbox
• Zoho Payroll
• Keka HR
• SAP SuccessFactors
• BambooHR
Required Experience:
• Prior experience implementing HRMS for 200–1000 employee organizations
• Hands-on experience configuring payroll and attendance systems
• Experience managing end-to-end HRMS onboarding and implementation
