We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HRMS Functional Consultant who can understand client requirements, manage software implementation, and provide functional support to clients.
Responsibilities
- Understand client HR and Payroll processes and gather business requirements.
- Handle HRMS software implementation and client onboarding.
- Configure HRMS modules as per client requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customization and issue resolution.
- Provide functional support and resolve client queries.
- Prepare implementation documents, reports, and user manuals.
- Ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and the go-live process.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 4 Years.
- Good understanding of HR and Payroll processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Client handling and coordination abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements.
- Basic SQL knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- BE / B. Tech / MCA / MBA / Any Graduate.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in HRMS, Payroll, ERP, or Software Implementation projects.
- Freshers with strong communication and functional understanding can also apply.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
