We are expanding and looking for a Senior Sales Professional who can lead high-value closures, manage enterprise clients, drive revenue growth and manage Tally channel partners.
Role Overview
The Sales specialist will handle end-to-end B2B sales, build strong relationships with HR Heads, CXOs, Owners, and Decision Makers, and drive high-ticket product demos, proposals, and final closures. This role requires strong ownership and the ability to handle complex sales cycles.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Generate, identify, and convert high-quality B2B leads
Conduct detailed HRMS product demos for mid-size & enterprise clients
Understand client workflows, HR challenges, and customise solution pitches
Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts
Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Guide and support junior sales team members when needed
Collaborate with Marketing, Product & Implementation teams
Maintain CRM/Excel daily with accurate reporting
Represent OTUHRPLUS in client visits, partner meetings, or events
Stay updated with competition, trends, and new SaaS sales techniques

Excellent communication and consultative selling abilities
Strong presentation, negotiation & closing skills
Ability to sell to mid and enterprise-level clients
Strong understanding of HR workflows (added advantage)
High ownership, target-driven mindset, and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Experience Required-
2-3 years in HRMS/Channel sales
