Job Description:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented HRMIS Specialist who can effectively manage HR systems, automate HR processes, and provide data-driven insights to support organizational decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, HR data management, reporting, automation tools, and advanced Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and optimize HRMIS systems and employee databases
- Automate recurring HR reports, trackers, and workflows using Excel, Google Sheets, or HR tools
- Develop dashboards and MIS reports for attendance, hiring, onboarding, attrition, payroll inputs, and employee performance tracking
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and timely updates across HR systems
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Payroll, and other departments for smooth HR data management
- Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities
- Create automated reports using advanced Excel functions, formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, or similar automation techniques
- Support HR analytics by generating insights and trend reports for management reviews
- Assist in compliance tracking, audits, and HR policy implementation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations
- Troubleshoot HRMIS-related issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
- Prepare presentations, reports, and data summaries for leadership and stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of HR operations, HR data management, attendance, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and compliance processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Power Query, Macros, Dashboards, Data Cleaning, Advanced Formulas, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets automation and reporting tools
- Hands-on experience with HRMIS and HR reporting systems
- Understanding of automation tools, workflow optimization, and process improvement techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HR dashboards and analytics
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Google App Script will be an added advantage
- Experience in automating HR reports and workflows
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities
