We work with over 500 builders, remodelers, and kitchen and bath dealers, delivering high-quality products and craftsmanship for both large commercial projects and homes.
Position Summary
We are hiring a Countertop Installation Helper to support our installation team in delivering high-quality results on job sites.
This is a hands-on role where you will assist experienced installers with transporting materials, preparing job sites, and helping install countertops. It is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting countertop materials
- Support installers with job site preparation and setup
- Help measure, position, and fit materials during installation
- Carry tools and materials to and from work areas
- Clean and organize job sites before and after installations
- Follow all safety procedures and handle materials properly
- Learn installation techniques and support the team as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Construction or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs using proper technique
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
