Role Description
This full-time, on-site HRBP - Workday role is located in Bengaluru. The HRBP will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, enhancing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Key responsibilities include supporting performance management processes, handling workforce planning, and serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. The role involves close collaboration with leadership teams to address employee needs and foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in managing Employee Relations and maintaining a collaborative workplace atmosphere
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure legal compliance
- Expertise in Performance Management to drive individual and organizational success
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Workday HR systems and tools or a similar platform
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in an HRBP role or similar position is advantageous
