HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Night Shift (USA Team)
Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Hours)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our USA team operations. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment during US shift timings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and closures
• Handle employee engagement and HR operations for the assigned business unit
• Support onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management
• Maintain HR records and ensure process compliance
• Act as a bridge between employees and management for HR-related matters
• Support performance management and employee retention initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in recruitment and HRBP functions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee management
• Experience working with US teams/processes will be preferred
• Knowledge of ADP payroll/HR systems will be an added advantage
Additional Requirement:
Candidates should be comfortable with daily commute to our office located in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.
