Role: HR Business Partner (Leadership Role)

Location: Delhi (Office-based)

Experience: 10+ years in HRBP role

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to join us as a strategic HR Business Partner. This role will play a critical part in shaping the people strategy for an organization on a high-growth trajectory, aiming to become a ₹500 crore company with a workforce of 500+ employees in the coming years.

You will lead key HR functions and partner closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and scalable HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 direct reports across:
• Learning & Development (L&D)
• Payroll & HR Operations
• HR Business Partnering
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and performance management frameworks
• Design and implement employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
• Oversee HR operations, payroll governance, and statutory compliance
• Build and scale HR processes to support rapid organizational growth
• Strengthen organizational capability through structured L&D interventions

Work Structure

• Office-based role (6 days/week)
• 2 Work-from-Home days per month
