Role Overview The HRBP Manager will act as a strategic partner to business leaders across healthcare/rehabilitation centers, driving people initiatives that align with organizational goals. This role focuses on employee relations, leadership development, workforce planning, and capability building while ensuring a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering
● Partner with center heads and leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
● Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
● Drive HR interventions to improve productivity, engagement, and retention.
2. Employee Relations & Grievance Management
● Manage and resolve employee grievances with fairness, empathy, and compliance.
● Establish robust grievance redressal mechanisms across centers.
● Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical practices.
3. Leadership Mentoring & Coaching
● Mentor and coach leaders to enhance people management capabilities.
● Support leadership in decision-making related to performance, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
● Drive leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
4. Workforce Management & Capacity Planning
● Lead workforce planning initiatives including headcount planning, utilization, and forecasting.
● Analyze workforce data to optimize staffing models and improve efficiency.
● Support expansion plans through effective capacity building strategies.
5. Performance Management & Talent Development
● Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback culture.
● Identify training needs and design development programs for employees and managers.
● Collaborate with L&D teams to implement capability-building initiatives. 6. Training & Development
● Facilitate and oversee employee training programs aligned with business needs.
● Ensure continuous skill development, especially for clinical and operational teams.
● Promote a culture of learning and professional growth.
7. HR Operations & Compliance
● Ensure smooth HR operations across centers.
● Monitor compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
● Support audits and maintain proper documentation. 8. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
● Drive engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
● Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
● Conduct regular feedback mechanisms (surveys, skip-level meetings, etc.). Qualifications & Skills
● MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
● 10–15 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on HRBP roles.
● Prior experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, hospitals, or allied sectors is highly preferred. ● Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
● Proven experience in employee relations, grievance handling, and leadership coaching.
● Expertise in workforce planning and analytics.
● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
● Ability to work in a multi-location, fast-paced environment.
