Role Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a vital role in managing and executing key HR functions to support the faculty, staff, and administration of one of our Gurgaon schools. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, developing employee relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, driving performance management, and addressing workforce concerns. The HRBP will collaborate closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site position located in South Delhi.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Policies, Human Resources (HR) operations, and workforce planning
- Proficiency in fostering Employee Relations and managing workplace dynamics
- In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and the ability to maintain regulatory compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse educational settings
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the education sector or working in academic institutions is an advantage
