Twenty7 Inc is looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HRBP Consultant to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure across multiple HR verticals and is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to build a strong career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Handling employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Managing/supporting payroll coordination and attendance processes
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture activities
- Assisting in Learning & Development (L&D) and employee growth initiatives
- Maintaining HR records, documentation, and operational processes
- Collaborating closely with teams to strengthen people practices and culture
- Using AI tools, HR software, and modern workplace platforms for smarter HR operations
- Contributing towards building a positive, high-performance, and employee-centric work culture
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience
- Prior experience in a startup environment or someone comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently
- Good understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with AI tools, HRMS platforms, and digital workflows is preferred
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant educational background preferred
