As an HRBP intern, you will work closely with business managers and support them in handling employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in strategic HR.
Key Responsibilities
Support managers in handling employee performance and productivity
Assist in conducting performance review discussions
Handle basic employee grievance cases under supervision
Support employee engagement initiatives
Track attendance, attrition, and HR metrics
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team for hiring needs
Ensure company policies and processes are followed
Conduct exit interviews and collect feedback
Eligibility Criteria
MBA / BBA / Graduation in HR or related field
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good Excel and reporting skills
Strong problem-solving mindset
Preferred Traits
Confident in speaking with managers
Strong interpersonal skills
Willing to learn and grow in HRBP domain
Ability to handle pressure and escalations
