Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) Assistant Manager, based in Siliguri. The HRBP Assistant Manager will manage HR processes, support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, maintain employee relations, oversee compliance with labor and employment regulations, and contribute to performance management initiatives. They will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices.
- Possess a strong understanding of payroll management and compliance regulations.
- Expertise in Employee Relations and Labour and Employment Law
- Experience with Performance Management systems and processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working with organizations in a similar capacity is advantageous
- Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations is highly beneficial
