Designation: Head – HR Induction & Employee Integration

Role Objective:

To ensure every new employee is seamlessly integrated into the organisation through a structured induction process that familiarises them with the company’s culture, values, people, policies, systems, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the end-to-end induction and onboarding experience for all new employees across the organisation.
  • Design a structured induction program covering:
  • Company history, vision, leadership and culture
  • Organisation structure and key departments
  • HR policies, code of conduct, attendance, leave and compliance
  • Company processes, communication protocols and reporting structures
  • Employee benefits, systems, tools and internal platforms
  • Conduct induction sessions personally for senior hires and ensure consistency across all levels.
  • Create welcome kits, induction presentations, employee handbooks, FAQs, joining checklists and orientation material.
  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, IT and department heads to ensure employees are fully set up from Day 1.
  • Ensure every new hire is introduced to the right teams, managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Track the first 30-60-90 days of new employees and ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Conduct periodic feedback sessions with new joiners to identify gaps in onboarding and improve the process.
  • Build culture integration initiatives so that employees understand “how we work” and “what we stand for.”
  • Create special induction journeys for leadership hires, lateral hires, campus hires and frontline employees.
  • Ensure all induction documentation, attendance and joining formalities are completed accurately.
  • Lead a small team of induction executives / coordinators and standardise the onboarding process across all offices and business verticals.
  • Continuously improve the induction process to make it more engaging, warm, professional and aligned to the company culture.

Preferred Background:

  • 8–12 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, induction or onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of organisational culture, HR processes and employee experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Warm, people-oriented personality with the ability to make new employees feel welcomed and connected.
  • Experience in handling large-scale or multi-location onboarding preferred.
