Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai (Mahape) for an HR - Trainee in US Operations. As an HR Trainee, you will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting HR management functions. Responsibilities include helping with personnel management, onboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and applicable laws. This role requires you to work only in Night Shifts (PST Time Zone). Monday to Friday working and fixed Saturday & Sundays are Week offs
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous internship or hands-on experience in an HR-related role is a plus
