We are hiring an HR Trainee.

Qualification: Any Graduate
Requirement: Candidate with knowledge of MIS and HR Analytics; freelance/internship experience preferred.
Note: We are Hiring HR and not a recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed.
- Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and processing final documentation.
2. Employee Records Management:
- Maintain employee records in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Ensure all HR databases are updated and accurate, including personnel files and HRIS systems.
3. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Assist in payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee information.
- Support employees with benefits inquiries and assist in the benefits enrollment process.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Generate reports and assist in data analysis related to HR metrics.
5. HR Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing HR-related communications.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
6. Company Culture and Engagement:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 0-1 years of experience in HR operations or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
