HR Information System (HRIS) Specialist-CSOD
Location: Pune-Hybrid working, two days per week in the office.
Status: Permanent, Full Time

Why are we hiring a HR Technology Specialist? We’re on the hunt for a HR Technology Specialist as part of our company’s growth.
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), which is CornerStone. This role ensures data integrity, generates reports, and supports HR processes through technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR systems, data analysis, process improvement and foundational understanding of project management.
What to expect?
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validations.
- Serve as lead on any HRIS technical issues, seeing through to resolution
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Lead and manage any API integrations with the HRIS
- Train HR staff and end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- Develop and document procedures, guidelines, and workflows.
Skills You’ll Need
- Exposure to working with HRIS systems (e.g., CornerStone).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities / projects at any one time.
