Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Talent Specialist role based in the Bangalore Urban district. The HR Talent Specialist will support the hiring process by sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent to meet the organization’s growing needs. The role involves implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing performance evaluations, and ensuring effective personnel management. The specialist will work closely with teams to ensure HR processes align with business objectives, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Experience in HR Management, including recruitment and onboarding processes
- Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation within organizational frameworks
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management tasks
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Relevant certifications in HR or a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
