HR Talent Acquisition – US IT & Non-IT Staffing

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in hiring for US IT and Non-IT Staffing companies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting Business Development Managers, Delivery Managers, and Recruiters for the US staffing industry. The candidate must understand staffing business models, recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation techniques relevant to staffing organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal staffing positions across US IT and Non-IT domains.
- Hire experienced Business Development Managers (BDMs) for client acquisition in US staffing.
- Recruit Delivery Managers with experience in managing recruitment teams and client delivery.
- Source and hire US IT Recruiters, Non-IT Recruiters, BDM and Account Managers.
- Understand hiring requirements from leadership and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial HR screenings, behavioral interviews, and coordination of technical interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on communication skills, staffing experience, domain expertise, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of staffing professionals.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer rollout, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and recruitment databases.
- Work closely with leadership to fulfill hiring targets within timelines.
- Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of US IT Staffing and Non-IT Staffing industry.
- Experience hiring BDMs, Delivery Managers, and Recruiters for staffing firms.
- Excellent sourcing and networking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring strategies.
- Experience in handling bulk and niche hiring requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience working with US Staffing / Consulting companies is mandatory.
- Experience in startup or growth-stage staffing organizations is an added advantage.
Must Have:
- Knowledge of US staffing market trends
- Experience hiring for Engineering, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, and Non-IT domains
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting
