Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join
our growing team at NotionMindz Technology. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment
for IT roles while also contributing to core HR functions. The ideal candidate should have
hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent, along with a strong
understanding of HR processes in a fast-paced IT environment. The role demands excellent
stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple hiring
requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Understand technical job requirements and collaborate closely with hiring managers
to define role expectations and hiring strategies.
• Supporting day-to-day office administration including procurement, office inventory,
and asset management to ensure smooth workplace operations.
• Managing employee attendance, leave records, timesheets, HR documentation, and
maintaining up-to-date employee data.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn),
social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fitment in terms
of skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure a smooth
candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring
needs.
• Track and manage recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and
sourcing effectiveness.
• Handle offer rollout, salary negotiations, and pre-boarding engagement with selected
candidates.
• Support HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee
engagement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, hiring processes, and compliance standards.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in recruitment and HR.
• Experience in hiring for technical roles (Developers, QA, etc.).
• Proficiency in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals.
• Basic understanding of IT skills and technologies.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
