Role Description
As a HR & Talent Acquisition Intern, you will:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
- Support recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Help manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
- Maintain HR records and employee documentation
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Assist in HR administrative tasks and internal coordination
What You’ll Bring
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate with candidates and internal teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Confidence in using professional communication (emails, calls, LinkedIn)
- Self-driven attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of HR tools or recruitment platforms is a plus (not mandatory)

Internship Details
- Duration: 6 Months
- Timings: 2 PM – 10 PM IST
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- FTE Conversion: High-performing interns may receive the opportunity to convert into full-time HR roles after 6 months, based on performance.
