Role Overview : Hanto is seeking a result-oriented HR professional with proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong emphasis on blue-collar and bulk hiring. This role requires the ability to manage high-volume hiring mandates, ensure timely closures, and maintain quality standards across all levels of hiring.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles across locations
- Independently manage bulk hiring requirements with defined timelines
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, field hiring, vendor networks, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview processes with internal stakeholders
- Ensure smooth onboarding by managing documentation and joining formalities
- Track hiring metrics, maintain recruitment data, and generate reports
- Build and manage relationships with external vendors to support hiring needs
Experience Required :
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
- Demonstrated experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring is essential
Core Competencies :
- Strong expertise in high-volume and field hiring
- Effective sourcing and vendor management capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with good reporting and tracking abilities
