The HR Support role is responsible for assisting in day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative functions. This role ensures smooth execution of HR processes, maintains employee records, supports payroll and compliance, and acts as a point of contact for employee queries.

Job Description
'1. Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes. 2. Attendance & Payroll Support: Track attendance, leaves, and overtime data for payroll processing while ensuring accuracy in records. 3. Compliance & Statutory Documentation: Help maintain compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and gratuity. 4. Employee Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing concerns related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits. 5. HR Data Management: Maintain employee records in HR systems, update databases, and generate reports as required. 6. Engagement & Welfare Activities: Support employee welfare programs, training sessions, and engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale.

Principal Accountabilities
Manage the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding documentation transfers and exit processes ensuring a seamless experience for all employeesbrCoordinate payroll and attendance by accurately tracking attendance leaves and overtime to facilitate precise payroll processingbrMaintain statutory records and ensure strict adherence to labor laws and factory regulations thereby ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risksbrAddress employee queries related to policies payroll and benefits providing timely and accurate information to support employee satisfactionbrAssist in organizing and executing employee engagement programs training sessions and welfare initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment
