Role Description

This is a full-time remote internship role for an HR Summer Intern. The selected candidate will assist in implementing and managing Human Resources (HR) strategies and processes. Responsibilities include supporting the development of HR policies, assisting in employee benefits management, and ensuring accurate personnel management. The intern will also contribute to streamlining HR operations and addressing employee concerns in collaboration with the HR team.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and understanding of HR policies
  • Experience with HR management and Personnel Management processes
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the financial or trading industry is an advantage
