Role Description — HR / Student Counsellor
TVD Global is seeking a proactive, people-oriented HR/Student Counsellor to join our flagship team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, coordinating processes, handling recruitment activities, and supporting student engagement.
The selected candidate will work closely with leadership, operations, and academic teams to ensure smooth coordination across HR functions and student communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and candidate coordination
• Offer letter preparation and documentation management
• Employee onboarding and induction processes
• Student counselling and communication support
• Academic calendar and session coordination
• Student feedback management and follow-ups
• Internal team coordination and operational support
• Maintaining organized records and process workflows
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience preferred in HR, recruitment, counselling, coordination, or related roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and responsible mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage coordination efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively support and guide individuals in their professional and educational journeys.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with students professionally and empathetically.
- Knowledge or experience in the Education sector to support students in aligning their aspirations with appropriate opportunities.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and meet deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with working in the event or hospitality industry is a plus.
