Recruitment Portal (Naukri.com), HR Payroll software (Must)
Manpower plaining according to requirement & budget.
Time office management
- Payroll process
- Recruitment & Selection.
- Responsibilities to coordinate induction program for new joiners
- Organizing and coordinating training program as per plan.
- Coordination of good training agencies for outside training
- Handling Employee engagement
- Manage event Calander
- Providing critical inputs in designing & developing HR policies.
- Preparation of Induction Manual, HR Manual.
Job Requirements-
Proactive and motivated individuals
Strong communication skills
Experience at a Japanese or overseas company {Preferred not mandatory}
