HR Business Partner who combines a passion for employee engagement with strong operational and HR delivery skills.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Leaders: Support managers in day-to-day HR matters, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
- Drive People Operations: Ensure accurate HR data, manage onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, and exit processes.
- Enhance Engagement: Plan meaningful events, recognition programs, and communication initiatives that strengthen connection and morale.
- Support Performance & Development: Coordinate reviews, goal setting, and follow-ups; help identify learning and growth needs.
- Foster a Positive Culture: Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance and resolving concerns with empathy and fairness.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to policies, audits, and statutory HR requirements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PG in HR preferred.
- At least 4 years of hands-on HR experience, including operations or HRBP exposure.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Organized, approachable, and proactive in driving initiatives from start to finish.
