About The Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Assistant at Krolog - Amazon SPN. The HR Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the HR management team by handling a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. The individual will be responsible for managing and updating Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), assisting with benefits administration, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating employee training initiatives, and maintaining compliance documentation. The role also involves providing administrative support to the HR team and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the organization’s HR functions while working remotely within India.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates should possess a solid understanding of Human Resources practices, including HR management and policies. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and database management is essential. Experience in benefits administration and maintaining employee records will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements is a plus, ensuring adherence to legal standards. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in an HR or administrative role will be considered an asset, providing a foundation for success in this position.
Responsibilities
The Human Resources Assistant at Krolog - Amazon SPN will be responsible for a variety of key tasks, including but not limited to:
- Managing and updating HRIS databases to ensure accuracy and security of employee data.
- Assisting in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries from employees.
- Supporting recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Organizing and supporting employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Maintaining compliance documentation to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Responding to employee inquiries and assisting with general HR-related issues as they arise.
