About The Role
An AI-Aware Human Resource Manager is a strategic professional who integrates artificial intelligence technologies into HR functions to enhance efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and employee experience, while managing ethical considerations. Unlike traditional HR roles focused solely on administrative tasks, this role leverages AI for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workforce analytics, allowing the manager to focus on high-touch human interactions. Freshers with strong interest in HR, Artificial Intelligence, and modern HR technologies are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a B.E. / B.Tech degree, demonstrating a strong technical foundation, along with an MBA degree to ensure comprehensive understanding of HR strategies and organizational management. Responsibilities
- Strategic AI Implementation - Evaluate and integrate AI tools such as chatbots, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and analytics platforms to automate routine HR processes like payroll, benefits administration, and initial resume screening.
- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing - Utilize generative AI to craft compelling job descriptions, develop tailored interview questions, and source candidates from diverse databases, ensuring a broad and inclusive talent pool.
- Data-Driven Decision Making - Analyze workforce data using predictive analytics to forecast talent needs, identify turnover trends, and address skills gaps proactively.
- AI-Enabled Performance Management - Oversee AI tools that aggregate employee feedback, track goals in real-time, and suggest personalized training and development plans to enhance employee growth.
- Employee Experience & Onboarding - Personalize the onboarding experience through AI-driven virtual assistants, guiding new hires through paperwork, answering FAQs, and providing 24/7 support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Ethics & Governance - Ensure the ethical use of AI tools by mitigating algorithmic bias, maintaining transparency, and complying with data privacy regulations to foster trust and integrity within HR operations.
- Change Management - Lead the cultural shift toward human-AI collaboration, upskill the HR team on AI literacy, and address workforce concerns to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
