Hiring: HR Specialist (3 Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced HR & Operations Executive who can independently manage the complete employee lifecycle along with HR operations, statutory compliance, and organizational coordination.
Position : HR SpecialistExperience : 3 YearsLocation : Chennai
Key Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout
- Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Conduct exit formalities and coordinate full & final settlements
HR Operations
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Employee records and HRMS management
- Employee engagement and workplace coordination
- HR policy implementation and administration
- Vendor and office operations coordination
Statutory & Compliance
- Manage PF, ESI, PT, and labour law compliance
- Handle statutory documentation and audits
- Maintain compliance reports and employee records
- Coordinate with consultants and the accounts team for statutory filings
General Operations
- Office administration and employee support
- Coordinate across departments for smooth business operations
- Support management in day-to-day operational activities
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in HR & Operations
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Experience in statutory compliance and HR documentation
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
- Experience in the IT/SaaS industry will be an added advantage
