Role: HR Shared Services Specialist
Location: Corporate Office, Old Airport Road, Bangalore
What You’ll Do:
- Validate offers against threshold %, MW compliance, HC budget, qualification, age, and other approval criteria before offer release.
- Ensure appointment letters are released within TAT and track employee e-sign completion.
- Identify and control rehire cases through defined checks and approval workflows via HRSS.
- Track completion of employee profiles, mandatory documents, statutory forms, and publish deviation reports centrally.
- Coordinate employment and qualification verification with vendors and ensure timely closure within agreed TATs.
- Centrally manage employee data changes including transfers, department, reporting manager, and entity changes to ensure data integrity.
- Update MW, DA, grade, promotion, and compensation changes in real time to maintain payroll accuracy and audit compliance.
- Track probation reviews, manager follow-ups, confirmation letters, probation extensions, PIP tracking, and e-sign completion within TATs.
- Handle centralized employee benefit administration, insurance coordination, premium deductions, and benefit extension processes.
- Validate professional development and relocation claims, including notice pay buy-out approvals and recovery tracking.
- Ensure leave-related documents are centrally verified and processed for complete compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with Payroll to ensure timely processing, payout, and communication of Full & Final settlements.
- Track absconding cases, online letter generation, and adherence to the defined separation process.
- Centralize relieving letters and service certificate issuance while ensuring compliance in absconding and dues-related cases.
- Track PTM cases and coordinate with Unit HR to ensure process compliance.
- Manage employee tickets and resolve payroll, payslip, Form 16, policy, and HR-related queries within TATs.
- Track salary hold, absconding, and continuous absence cases based on manager inputs and monthly monitoring.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 3+ years of experience worked in HR Shared Services setup
- Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
