What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.

- 4-6 years of experience in Human Resource Operations (HRO) with prior knowledge of HR processing.
- Hands on experience of managing work through workflow tools like Oracle.
- The process would involve in depth interaction with the onshore counterparts, client and candidate must have excellent command over verbal and written English
- Should be proficient with MS Office Tools
- Expertise in ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance with legal and client-specific data protection standards
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality by strictly adhering to client data protection policies and legal standards, ensuring all sensitive information is securely handled.
- Demonstrate the ability to think critically and maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring thorough and accurate completion of all HR responsibilities

- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
